Conversion of a 1920’s red brick woolen mill into a $60m state of the art brewery using German technology. The second stage included a 400-capacity hospitality area. The design retained and re-used the historical building elements wherever possible.
Edison Consultants provided mechanical, electrical & fire services for the Brewery project, as well as the Hospitality project.
Co-generation combined heat and power (CHP) system using gas-fired generators to produce electricity and the waste heat for the brewing process.
