ACMI X provides sociable co-working spaces, hot desks and work-ready office space for artists, entrepreneurs and creatives in Melbourne’s arts precinct at Southbank.
The 2,000sqm tenancy works included open-plan workspaces, boardroom, meeting rooms, new communications room and staff cafe. The existing tiled ceiling was removed and all existing ceiling services and infrastructure were upgraded to allow for exposed services throughout the tenancy.
