The DoJ office is a 2,500sqm tenancy located on Levels 11 & 12 at 222 Exhibition Street, Melbourne.

The tenancy works were undertaken as an integrated fit-out as part of base-building services upgrade of the floors and included new open-plan office spaces, meeting and boardrooms, new communications room, mediation room and staff kitchen.

Edison Consultants provided the following engineering services:

• Mechanical: Air-conditioning, ventilation and specialist comms room design
• Electrical: Lighting, power, data and security. We also provided Audio Visual design consultancy expertise along with DoJ AV specialists for AV and video conferencing systems
• Fire & Hydraulics: Sprinkler design, hot, cold water and sewer
