Transformation of this aging 10-screen Hoyts multiplex in suburban Melbourne. Four of the original cinemas were handed back to the shopping centre and converted to retail as part of the upgrade and redevelopment of the entertainment level at Forest Hill Chase.
The remaining six cinemas were upgraded and transformed into modern digital cinemas, with new foyers and concessions areas.
The project won an MBA Excellence in Construction Award for Commercial Buildings $15m – $20m
