Edison Consultants originally designed Torquay Central in 2006 as an open air neighborhood centre for Austexx Constructions with approximately 20 specialty chops, cafes and 3-levels of residential apartments.
The centre was recently redeveloped by Coles Property Group with the addition of basement car parking, a Coles supermarket, Liquorland and then re-launched as Torquay Village.
We provided all engineering design disciplines and collaborated with the builder, Lanskey Constructions, ensuring that the services to the existing part of the shopping centre weren’t interrupted during construction.
