222 Exhibition

222 Exhibition Street is a 26 Level high quality ‘A’ Grade office tower, originally constructed in 1988 and is undergoing major rejuvenation works including new foyer, lift lobbies, end of trip facilities and HVAC upgrade.

Edison Consultants  have been involved in all aspects of these refurbishment works with the following:

• Mechanical: Air-conditioning, ventilation, modifications to chilled and heating hot water infrastructure
• Electrical: Lighting, power, data and security, including works with specialist lighting consultant for the new facade lighting
• Fire and Hydraulics: Sprinkler design, hot & cold water and sewer
• BMS: Upgrade of BMS to comply with NABERS requirements
