The new Cargo Centre at Melbourne Airport was developed to cater for the current and future anticipated inward/outward bound freight requirements, as well as the need to create space for the new T4 Passenger Terminal that was occupied by existing cargo facilities.
– The Cargo Centre (Stage 1) is a new precinct along the air-side boundary and Apac Drive at Melbourne Airport. We worked closely with APAM (Aust Pacific Airports Melb) and the Airport Fire Authority to provide suitable fire and hydraulic infrastructure throughout the new precinct.
– The Toll Dnata building consists of approx 10,000sqm warehouse and a 2-storey office to cater for passenger and customer services, cargo handling and warehousing.
